Shipping & Returns


All live plants are shipped via USPS priority 2-day mail as a default. Each item is packaged carefully to ensure live-arrival.
Packages are only sent out early in the week to ensure that they don’t sit with delivery services over the weekend.
If you would like to upgrade your shipping to overnight, or to add a heat pack to your order, please contact us.


Once shipped, all online sales are final. Due to the nature of the item we do not accept returns on any live plants. Our inventory changes daily, and as such, we only accept cancellations within 24 hours of placing an order. After 24 hours changes cannot be made to your order. By placing an order with us, you are agreeing to this policy.
If your plant arrives damaged, please keep the plant as is and contact us! We will do everything possible to make the situation right.

Shipping Insurance

Why purchase plant shipping insurance? Plant shipping insurance is recommended with every purchase and covers the entire purchase. If your plant shows up damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with pictures and videos. To be eligible for shipping insurance, a heat pack must also be purchased if shipping during the Winter months.

How to submit a claim:

Please send any images and videos of the damaged plant to and we will assist you. We will assess any damage through the images and videos so we can move forward accordingly.

What happens if my plant arrives damaged and I did not purchase shipping insurance or a heat pack?

Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or replacement. You will need to contact your shipping courier to file a claim for a potential refund.
